Franklin Tree
Named in Honor of Benjamin Franklin
Discovered in 1765 by an American botanist, the Franklin Tree was named in honor of Benjamin Franklin! Ranging in height from about 10-25 ft. when mature, its glossy, dark green foliage fades into gorgeous shades of orange, red and purple in the fall but not before surprising you with bright-white, sweetly perfumed, late-summer blooms. Bareroot. Zones 6-8, can be grown in a protected area in Zone 5.
