One of the easiest cauliflowers to grow, Snow Crown Hybrid Cauliflower is vigorous and grows quickly. It produces, large, snow-white, 2-lb. heads that are 7-8 in. across. The fully-domed curds have a sweet flavor and are good for eating raw on vegetable trays or roasted, steamed or cooked into your favorite recipes. Snow Crown Hybrid's long wrappers provide excellent protection. Cauliflower is a cool season crop that can be grown in the spring or fall garden. For spring planting, cauliflower seeds should be started indoors and transplanted to the garden about two weeks before the last frost-free date. 55 DAYS.
