This is the best yellow carrot we've tried! It's better than Yellowstone, the yellow carrot standby, in both taste and appearance. Yellow Moon Carrot has smoother roots, less green shoulder and is heftier. It's also sweet with a mild flavor. Its attractive golden color really shines on raw vegetable trays or when served with orange and purple carrots. Carrots are a cool season crop and grow best when planted in well-drained, loamy or sandy soil—and they can also be grown in raised beds and containers. 77-80 DAYS.
