- Medium-sized, lemon yellow fruits
- Sweet amber flesh has few seeds
- Ideal for fresh eating and drying
White Kadota Fig Tree reliably produces good crops of medium-sized, lemon-yellow fruits that have a very sweet amber flesh with very few seeds. They're a sweet treat for fresh eating—and because they have few seeds, ideal for canning and drying. The fruits need hot weather to ripen. The fig trees can grow up to 20 ft. tall and can double as shade trees. If the tree is pruned severely, it will bear later, but have larger fruit. Self-fruitful. Zones 9-10.
