Add color and flavor to your dishes with this two-toned snap pea. Its vibrant green pods are blushed with pink and very sweet and crunchy—a delight to eat raw, in salads or in stir-fry. Spring Blush Snap Pea is also very ornamental, producing bi-colored light violet-white and dark purple flowers and lots of edible, hyper-tendrils that are loaded with nutrition and sweet pea flavor. We like serving them on salads. The vigorous, 5-6 ft. vines produce abundant yields. Snap peas are a cool weather crop and grow well in both the spring and fall garden. 70 DAYS.
