Yellow flesh with sweet, juicy, excellent flavor. Very hardy and frost resistant blossoms. Vigorous and productive, does well in many soil types. Pit is sweet and edible (something like almonds). Large fruit has yellow skin with a red blush – very attractive. Cold hardy to zone 5.  (Requires 800 winter chill hours) Harvest mid-July (about 2 weeks after Chinese finishes).
