Slender, 2-3 inch long chili peppers are a favorite for Mexican dishes and chili cook-offs. They also make a wonderful addition to salads and snacks! Rated at 50000-60000 Scoville units, Chile de Arbol peppers have a complex, smoky flavor that will leave you asking for more. Very productive, maintains its original bright red color even when dried. 95 DAYS.
