This apple has amazing flavor! Intense, complex flavor, and mildly sweet and tart. Flesh is firm, crisp, and juicy. Medium to large, oval fruit has green skin, overlaid with shades of orange and red. Fruit stores well. This heavy producer originated in New Zealand, and grows 12-18 feet tall and 12-18 feet wide. Needs 500 chilling hours below 45°F. Pollinator is required - Granny Smith or Gala can be used. Ripens October to November. Zones 6-8.
