In fact, figs are among the best fruits for growing in the South. 'Brown Turkey' is a versatile fig variety that is well-suited for the South, is an international favorite. Our improved version offers medium to large, brownish-purple fruit with a rich, sweet flavor. It is known for its ability to produce two crops per year in warm climates.
