While you can't make lilac season last forever, you can make it last longer with the Donald Wyman Lilac. A hardy, late-blooming lilac variety, its pink-purple flower clusters bloom in late spring, attracting butterflies and hummingbirds. The flower clusters are excellent for cutting and bringing indoors for cut-flower arrangements. This deciduous shrub grows 8-10 ft. tall with a slightly narrower spread. Like other lilac bushes, it grows best in full sun. Our Donald Wyman Lilac Hedge provides an affordable way to plant the several lilacs to create an informal flowering hedges, shrub borders or a shrub backdrop for perennials.
