One of our favorite carrots, Sugarsnax Hybrid Carrot has gorgeous, smooth, long and dark orange roots and a flavor so sweet that you'll be tempted to pull one up and eat it every time you walk by. Its super-sweet roots are loaded with beta carotene—and they're delicious in salads, raw vegetable platters, cooked, frozen or canned. To harvest these sweet and crunchy carrots, we recommend loosening the dirt around the roots before pulling them up—or digging up the roots. To conserve space in the garden and mark carrot rows, plant radish seed alongside carrots. Radishes germinate and mature quickly. 68 DAYS.
