Enjoy rich, full-bodied, zesty garlic flavor for months! The Softneck Garlic Bundle includes two popular artichoke-types, Nootka Rose and California White garlic bulbs. A longtime favorite heirloom variety, Nootka Rose's medium-sized bulbs are streaked with rose hues. They add a strong, garlic flavor to soups, salsas and other recipes. California White, a Gurney's Choice variety, features large, plump bulbs with a spicy-hot flavor and papery skins. Both varieties are easy to grow in a sunny location with well-drained soil. Softneck garlic bulbs store well, and the garlic tops can be braided into ropes for storage and decoration. Approx. 10-20 cloves per bulb.
