Its finely cut, tightly curled, rich green leaves are used to both flavor and garnish dishes. It's a favorite for flavoring potatoes, eggs and other vegetables. The leaves can be harvested until temperatures drop into the low 20's--and they can also be dried. The leaves are high in vitamins A and C, potassium, iron, copper and manganese.
