Big, beautiful, exquisitely flavored pumpkins appear about 2 weeks earlier than every other variety! This Gurney's exclusive variety is a true pumpkin, not a squash, and produces round 22-24 lb. fruits that have strong handles and exceptionally smooth skin–great for carving. The dark orange fruits are outstanding in pies and other recipes. Productive plants produce several pumpkins per vine. Vigorous, self-pollinating vines do best in sites with full sun and well-drained soil. Zones 3-8. 95 DAYS.
