Weigela Polka
Attracts Hummingbirds and Pollinators
Low-maintenance shrub adds color to the landscape and flower beds. Growing 3-5 ft. tall with a 4-6 ft. spread, Polka Weigela has a rounded habit and dense, dark green foliage that remains attractive throughout the growing season. In late spring to early summer, pink, funnel-shaped flowers with creamy yellow throats open, attracting hummingbirds and pollinators. This weigela is an excellent choice for planting in mixed perennial beds, in the landscape or as a hedge. For the best flowering, plant Polka Weigela in an area that receives full sun. It will grow in partial shade. It performs best when planted in well-drained soil. Zones 4-9. Potted.
