Slightly sweeter than the traditional green Brussels sprouts, they have a wonderfully mild flavor that really comes out when roasted or sautéed. We expect these firm, well-filled, 1 1/2-in. sprouts to become a favorite of home cooks and gourmet chefs. And, you'll have plenty of them. The strong, 24-30 in. stalks are very high yielding.
