So beautiful, sweet, and flavorful, this attractive mix is perfect for beet lovers! The intense red roots of Red Cloud are extraordinarily sweet, and delicious when cooked, pickled or canned. Its attractive tops are flavorful, too. Harvest at the immature stage for sweet baby beets. It's a great all-around variety. Avalanche's uniform, creamy white roots have no red tinge, and its standout flavor is very sweet with no earthy flavor or bitterness. This 2015 All-America Selections award winner is an ideal choice to add to your spring or fall garden. Boldor has dark golden skin with a bright yellow interior. It is extra sweet and great for juicing, roasting and in salads. It grows quickly and retains its color when cooked. Red Cloud: 55-65 DAYS. Avalanche: 50 DAYS. Boldor: 55 DAYS.
