Early. When we trialed these medium-sized, well-shaped oval potatoes, we knew we had to add them to our lineup of flavorful tubers. A beautiful golden yellow inside and out, Nicola has a mild nutty flavor and is great for baking, boiling or roasting. Flesh is firm and holds up well in soups and salads. Low glycemic index means it's great for low-carb diets. Shows good resistance to scab and drought .

We continually monitor weather conditions for extreme hot or cold and adjust shipping schedules as needed. Due to hot weather conditions, we are unable to ship most plant items in July and August. Items that are overweight will require an additional shipping charge depending on weight.
