With its high bud count, it blooms prolifically in early to mid season and attracts hummingbirds and butterflies. Like other daylilies, Persian Ruby is easy to grow and handles tough environments, including drought, pollution and salt. It's a good choice for planting near walkways as well as on sloped surfaces. Grows 29-30 in. tall. Plant in full sun to partial shade.
