Mandarin Double Scoop Coneflower

Showy Color and Unique Blooms

  • Showy, 4 in. pom-pom flowers
  • Grows 18-22 in. tall
  • Provides food for finches and birds
  • Drought tolerant
  • Deer tend to avoid
One of the most stunning double coneflowers we've found. The showy, 4-in. pom-pom flowers are sure to attract attention in the summer garden—and birds, especially finches, love nibbling on the seed heads. Growing 18-22 in. tall, Mandarin Double Scoop Coneflower is shorter than many other coneflowers—and it's suitable for containers. Like other coneflowers, Mandarin Double Scoop is easy to grow, looks impressive planted en masse and is a great cut flower, both fresh and dried. Blooms in mid to late summer. Drought-tolerant once established. Deer tend to avoid. Performs best in full sun to partial shade. Zones 5-9. PPAF
