New and improved formula gives onion plants the minerals and nutrients they need to grow and flourish—and boosts your soil over time. Made with no manures or fillers, Gurney's Onion Food is an all-natural formula that slowly releases nutrients near the application site and doesn't burn young plants. Key ingredients include alfalfa meal (a source of nitrogen, calcium and potassium), kelp meal (a good soil conditioner and an excellent source of micronutrients, enzymes and plant growth regulators), molasses (a microbe-feeding energy source) and humic acid (helps make minerals more available to plants). Formulated for onions and other root crops. Apply twice per growing season.

Plants will be shipped at the proper planting time for your area of the country using the shipping timeframes outlined below. We continually monitor weather conditions for extreme hot or cold and adjust shipping schedules as needed. Due to hot weather conditions, we are unable to ship most plant items in July and August. Items that are overweight will require an additional shipping charge depending on weight.
