A great-tasting hardneck garlic variety to spice up your recipes. Bulbs have a complex flavor with just the right amount of heat, not too hot nor to mild. A hardneck garlic variety, it produces high yields of bulbs that store well. Its silky white skins have occasional red flecks. This garlic is easy to grow—just plant in well-drained soil and in a sunny location. Approx. 5-8 cloves per bulb.
