Perhaps the most cherished white peony of all time, 'Festiva Maxima' won the Royal Horticultural Society's prestigious Award of Garden Merit. You'll get big, plush blossoms early every summer, creamy vanilla-white with a few dramatic flecks of raspberry red on some of the petals. Soft, sweet fragrance adds garden appeal. Pick in bud and bring indoors or give away long-lasting bouquets to friends and neighbors. The mound of handsome dark green foliage keeps it an important player in a mixed flower border after the blooms pass. So much beauty for so little work!

Thrives in full sun to partial shade. Grows to 24- 36 inches high and wide. Zones 4-7.
