This is the most compact variety of the 'bush pickle' types we trialed. The small, 4 ft., determinate vines produce impressive yields of pickling cucumbers—and the healthy, productive vines exhibit excellent disease resistance. The 3 in., light green fruit has a superior crunchy texture that retains its snap after pickling. For pickles, especially in small spaces, Pic-A-Little Hybrid Pickling Cucumber is one of the best we've found. Cucumber seeds can be started indoors in the spring and transplanted to the garden; seeds can also be directly sown into the garden. 50 DAYS.

Plants will be shipped at the proper planting time for your area of the country using the shipping timeframes outlined below. We continually monitor weather conditions for extreme hot or cold and adjust shipping schedules as needed. Due to hot weather conditions, we are unable to ship most plant items in July and August. Items that are overweight will require an additional shipping charge depending on weight.
