It's easy to see why generations of gardeners love creeping phlox. This perennial ground cover makes a big impact when it blooms in the springtime. Pink Emerald forms a blanket of rose-pink color when it blooms. Whether planted en masse or with another color of creeping phlox, it'll delight in rock gardens, edging walkways or spilling over walls. It forms a mat of semi-evergreen foliage that grows 4-6 in. tall. Thrives in poor soils. 2 plants cover 3 sq. ft. Grows best when planted in full sun to partial shade. Zones 4-9.
