This eggplant may just turn some people into eggplant lovers. White eggplants tend to be milder and sweeter than the traditional dark purple eggplants—and Casper is the very best white eggplant we've tried. The 5-7 in. long, shiny ivory fruits have silky, tender, snow-white flesh and a sweet, mild flavor. It can even be eaten raw! If picked at the smaller stages, no peeling is required. The plants grow 22-28 in. tall and produce well, even in cooler growing areas. 70-75 DAYS

Plants will be shipped at the proper planting time for your area of the country using the shipping timeframes outlined below. We continually monitor weather conditions for extreme hot or cold and adjust shipping schedules as needed. Due to hot weather conditions, we are unable to ship most plant items in July and August. Items that are overweight will require an additional shipping charge depending on weight.
