Blush Butter Cos Lettuce is beautiful, too, with apple green, savoyed leaves edged with a pink blush. Butterhead lettuces have long been treasured for their delicate flavor and buttery texture. However, they're more likely to bruise when harvesting. Thanks to its romaine lineage, Blush Butter Cos stands up better to harvesting, and it tolerates a bit more sunburn and stress.
