A long-time garden favorite, Bloomsdale Long Standing Spinach has thick, crinkly, dark green leaves that are packed full of flavor. They're delicious eaten fresh, cooked, canned and in soups. Semi-upright plants have a fast growth rate and handle hot weather better than some other spinach varieties. For best results, sow spinach seed as soon as the ground can be worked in the spring, or in the late summer for a fall harvest. To lengthen the harvest period, plant successively. 42 DAYS.

Plants will be shipped at the proper planting time for your area of the country using the shipping timeframes outlined below. We continually monitor weather conditions for extreme hot or cold and adjust shipping schedules as needed. Due to hot weather conditions, we are unable to ship most plant items in July and August. Items that are overweight will require an additional shipping charge depending on weight.
