Easy-care perennial adds plenty of pizzazz to wildflower, perennial and pollinator gardens with the colors of a sunset. Bleeding Hearts False Sunflower features flowers that begin fire red and fade to orange-red and bronze hues. Dark purple foliage and black stems provide a dramatic backdrop for the flowers. A native North American perennial, Bleeding Hearts blooms from early summer until fall and lures pollinators to the garden. Growing 3-4 ft. tall, this plant naturalizes well and also makes a long-lasting cut flower. Performs best in full sun.

We continually monitor weather conditions for extreme hot or cold and adjust shipping schedules as needed. Due to hot weather conditions, we are unable to ship most plant items in July and August. Items that are overweight will require an additional shipping charge depending on weight.

In all cases, we choose the fastest, most efficient way to send your orders via the U.S. Postal Service or FedEx. Large orders or large items may be shipped to you in multiple packages.
