Crunch-A-Bunch™ Apple and Brussels Sprout Slaw Chef Katie O'Reilly
Ingredients:
- 4 Crunch-A-Bunch apples cut into matchsticks
- 1 lb brussels sprouts sliced thin
- 2 limes juiced
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- ½ cup chopped green onion
- 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine apples, brussels sprouts, cilantro and green onion.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together both oils, vinegar, lime juice and soy sauce.
- Add the liquid dressing to the apple and brussels sprout mixture, salt and pepper to taste.
Serving Suggestions: Incredible served with pan-roasted salmon, arctic char or grilled scallops.
