High death rate 2 years

I have ordered these 2 years in a row, and had them die. Last spring only 1 plant survived. I even tried at my mom's well established garden and nothing worked. I don't know what killed them off, and the few strawberries we had the first year were good, but not worth the work if nothing grows.

I am glad everyone that sent in reviews are having great success. I have ordered these and only two plants took off and grew and sent out new plants. Never any large strawberries. The company was very good at sending me more plants. I was again excited but I maybe got one large strawberry the rest were regular size and they did not produce like my other strawberries do.

Big is not always better

Big berries, vigorous grower. Not to much for taste though. Friends who had not had strawberries loved the plants we gave them. Others who were used to homegrown strawberries like us were unimpressed. Maybe its the acidic soil, but mostly not worth eating.
