Product Details
Zones: 3 - 9 (-30° F.)
Height: 24-36 inches
Spacing: 18-20 inches
Depth: set at the same level as in pot when received, firm well and water thoroughly
Spread: 15-18 inches
Sun/Shade: full sun-partial shade
Color: clear white
Foliage: dark green lanceolate leaves, 3-5" long with serrated margins
Blooms: late summer-fall
Comments: Unlike other Physostegias that tend to spread too rapidly, white does not run. This variety forms a clump, and is therefore perfect for the border and smaller gardens where it's 'good manners' can be appreciated and the long display of flowers on well branched stems, enjoyed. Its strong upright lines provide an important vertical element in the garden. Very hardy (-40 degrees F) and easy to grow. Butterflies and hummingbirds are attracted to this flower. Deer resistant.

Love the Dragon
Reviewed By: Donna Gimarc (Rowlett, TX)
I love snapdragons. White dragonflower has a similar dragon face, but survived trouble spot of morning shade, harsh Texas afternoon sun, and an unusually snowy winter. Snaps did not. The dragon is spreading its wings. Beautiful white rows of blooms that last. Took a chance, and came up a winner.
