At first I did not think they were going to grow, but this year, are just beautiful. So even if they look like they are dead, still water them, and you will be surprised. - Thursday, April 23, 2009Plant in full sun & ignore Reviewed By: Victoria (Albuquerque, NM) These plants thrive in full sun, poor clay soil with rare watering. I do nothing except butcher them in spring back to prctically nothing, and they regrow to intense splendor by summer. If conditions are 'right' they can become invasive. In partial shade I have had no success with them. Mulch with gravel, plant near driveway & street, and enjoy :) - Thursday, February 21, 2008Fabulous! Reviewed By: Gretchen (Corning, NY) I ordered three of these from Gurney's last spring, and three from another company. The three from Gurney's grew about two feet over the summer and bloomed continuously (the bees love them). The three from the 'other' company all died. Also, the ones from Gurney's were much larger when they first arrived. Read More Reviews |
