GORGEOUS vine
Reviewed By: Debby (Canton, OH)
We love our Trumpet Vine. When I hear people talk about it being so invasive, I think they must not live in Ohio. Ours isn't invasive at all. I think the winters here must keep it from going crazy, although we don't have it next to our house. It has gorgoeous flowers on it and we have hummingbirds in the summer that seem to love the orange blossoms. We have it trained to climb up an old trellis and have buried both of our dogs under it as it's my very favorite bush!

Hummers love Trumpets
Reviewed By: Cindy (Bridport, Vermont)
This trumpet vine is spectacular, virogous and attracts hummers. It can be invasive and its description ought to warn purchasers to locate it where they want it and to keep it trimmed back and clip or mow over the runners/shoots. Great plant.

Thanks to Janet's excellent review of the Red Trumpet vine, I was better able to plan where to put such a plant, that "you can't get rid of." Thank you Janet. Your review was extremely helpful in knowing the proper place to let this beautiful vine "do it's thing."
