Festive Color and Flavor
(3 customer reviews)Unique combination of color and taste sensations! Mix of purple, yellow, red and white carrots are sure to excite and delight at the dinner table—each with their own unique qualities. Purple has smooth skin and coreless orange flesh which is very sweet and tasty—especially striking when sliced. Yellow holds its bright sunny hue inside and out, is extra crunchy and juicy and has a wonderfully refreshing sweet flavor. White is very mild and delicious and Red has very high lycopene levels as well as a crispy texture that is great cooked. 58-65 DAYS. Product Details

Reviewed By: Wendy (Chicago, IL) Grew these in windowboxes on my deck railing. Easy to grow - I'm a complete novice - and very tasty. And yes, my rabbit loves the tops too. - Thursday, March 12, 2009Loved the colors! Reviewed By: Mark (Miles City, Montana) These carrots grew well, and I got a great crop of multi colored carrots. They look great on a vegetable tray, but looked stunning after steaming and put on the dinner plate. I found all the varieties to taste great either raw or steamed. - Monday, April 28, 2008What fun! Reviewed By: Debbe (Kent, WA) These carrots sprouted and grew quickly. Loved the luxuriant tops for our bunnies and piggies - the red and purple coloured carrots were a tad too bitter for raw eating, but the others had a rich, carroty flavor. Read More Reviews |
