In fact, most of them aren't as big now as they were when we planted them! We put them on a bank in partial sun in fertile humus-rich soil. - Thursday, August 23, 2007Rabbit food Reviewed By: Winona (Rogersville, Mo) You failed to mention that rabbits love purple wintercreeper. - Friday, February 08, 2008Awesome! Reviewed By: Lee (E.Bridgewater, MA) We purchased this product at least 5 years ago. They were little sprigs with roots. I planted just as directed on a northern facing-well drained/dry area of my yard. The plant took about two -three years but is completely filled in and choked out all the weeds and grass! It is a beautiful burgundy all winter and is easy to maintain the length. Just chop it off with a weed wacker! I love it and I have taken the shoots to transplant to other difficult areas of my yard!
