Absolutely Gorgeous

We ordered 5 of these late last spring. They were small but healthy when they arrived. We planted them Memorial Day weekend. Ten weeks later (after record 90+ temps) they are about 24" x 24", covered with pink blossoms and absolutely gorgeous. Can't wait to see the berries in a few weeks!

Unexpected beauty

I had never heard of this plant when I bought it from Gurneys. I received a nice 3 foot plant that was leafing. What an unexpected joy! The foliage is light and airy. The berries are a beautiful purple and it's fruiting in October in Ohio. I tried other internet nurseries recently. Big mistake. I'm only ordering Gurneys plants from now on. Thank you Gurneys!

"Beautiful" Berry
Reviewed By: Dee (Albion, IL)
I had to purchase this beautiful shrub. I first saw it at a nursery and when my Mom passed away last year my in-laws gave me a gift certificate to buy and plant something in memory of my Mom. I chose this big gorgeous shrub but never got to see it bloom again the next spring after moving (divorce). These were not a disappointment even though much smaller. I got two and just 4-5 months later are about 2 feet high and two feet wide already. The little tiny flowers are already turning into the little purple "beauty" berries. Would definately recommend!
