The low-growing, quick-spreading quality of Irish Moss is ideal for filling in spaces between stepping-stones or bricks in full sun to partial shade. Densely matted, mosslike clumps grow to just 2-4 in. high, seldom need clipping and can withstand foot traffic. It also stays green all year long with an accent of delicate white flowers from mid spring to early summer. Three plants cover approx. 3 sq. ft. Potted plants. Zones 4-8.

i purchased 24 plants to fill in the space between the stones of my patio. half of them are doing very well; beautiful color and at times small white flowers. the other half are dead. i just called for a replacement and they are shipping out next spring. 3 stars for the dead moss, 5 for the guarantee.
