All Bulbs
Flower bulbs are some of the easiest plants to grow--and they reward you with bright, cheery blooms in the garden, landscape and even containers. Many also make outstanding cut flowers. Hardy bulbs, such as tulips, daffodils, crocus and hyacinths, are planted in the fall and usually bloom in the spring. Tender bulbs, such as calla lilies, dahlias and gladiolus, are planted in the spring and often bloom in the summer. Because they are not cold hardy, they must be dug up, or lifted, in the fall and stored indoors over winter in northern grow zones. Gurney's carries a wide selection of spring-planted and fall-planted flower bulbs.
