This was the first time I had ever planted broccoli. We had a very wet cold snap at the first of the growing season, which put them behind about a month. But i was very pleased how well they still produced even with the late start. Not only did I get alot of big heads, they tasted amazing! - Thursday, October 18, 2007lots of heads! This was the first time, I planted broccoli, and it was amazing, after cutting the heads more grew, it supplied us the entire season and did not stop growing until I pulled the plant. - Saturday, August 16, 2008Happy in Seattle Reviewed By: Brian Steadman (Des Moines, Wa) I planted 6 seeds of Broccoli in april. All came up. After cutting the main heads in june and july, I'm still enjoying side shoots in August. If you don't want the best tasting, best producing Broccoli Iv'e grown, don't buy the seeds.
