Best Yet

I have tried many varieties of Pole Beans and Bush Beans since my Dad introduced the family to gardening in the 1940's. The last several years my wife and I have tried Derby and Flavor Sweet. Flavor Sweet is now our first choice. Plants are productive and the beans are very tender, stringless and flavorful. We have introduced them to family, friends and neighbors. All rave about them as the best they have had.

I have gardened off and onmost of my 42 years. And have relied on Blue Lake Bush Beans. Until 2 years ago my husband came across the Flavor Sweet Bean, I was reluctant to try this standing behind Blue Lake. We planted Flavor Sweet along with the other. The Flavor Sweet bush was smaller yet produced twice as much produce. My children liked them even better. This is the brand I much rather plant than Blue Lake. It's taste is wonderful.
