Compact, 2-4 ft. shrub is covered with misty blue blooms in late August, has aromatic silvery-green leaves. The Blue Mist Shrub is nearly pest free. Cut back in spring for best bloom.

Comments: all parts of this plant are aromatic making it one of the best to draw in bees and butterflies. A well grown plant is covered with the beautiful misty-blue flowers in late august. In northern climates it will usually die back like a buddliea in winter, but the roots are perfectly hardy. Best flowers are achieved from plants cut short each spring, blooms on new growth.
