Comments: Daylilies can be planted anytime of the year as long as the soil is workable. For best results, work up the soil in the planting site and add peat moss or compost to aid in drainage. Fertilize 3 weeks after peak blooming with a balanced fertilizer. Deadheading will encourage an abundance of blooms. Transplanting should be done early in the season if possible. They're normally not affected by disease or insects.

dwarf daylily surprise
Reviewed By: Richard Gudobba (Sterling Heights, Michigan)
The plants arrived eight days after they shipped them and were moldy, ammonia smelling and mushy. Very disappointed after spending lots of money and time clearing and putting in 25 yards of top soil, in an area for 500 plants. They say that they will replace them next year. I was hoping to enjoy them next year. Shipping was parcel post!!!
