Reviewed By: Tina Orsino (Ocala, Florida) I have not received my gardenia plant from Gurneys yet, but after reading the comments on this plant I felt that I had to post a few words of encouragement. I have had gardenias for years! Living in west central and northern florida I have never had a problem growing them! In winter I keep them outside on the patio or lanai and they flourish! In summer I bring them inside in the a/c and keep them near a sliding glass door. Also, here in Florida they actually bloom TWICE a year. Early spring and late fall. - Thursday, May 03, 2007Beautiful Reviewed By: Linda Corrigan (Dunedin, Florida) This flower bay far is one of Gods most beautiful present ( besides the children of course ) I have mine out side all year, winter and Summer on the north side of my house with part sun and part shade well filtered. Right now I have 62 buds and WOW is it beautiful. I have a hard time keeping Squrrels out of the plant. - Saturday, October 10, 2009Gardenias are beautiful. Mine are a hedge and are about 4ft. If you don't kill the white flies the leaves turn black. Read More Reviews |
