Waiting patiently

Bought our first tree this Spring and planted it on day of arrival. Developed leaves quickly and so far so good. Did have a broken lead which was disappointing so the tree is a bit unbalanced for now. Big hopes for scented blooms next spring.

Hoping

Ok so I had high hopes with the new sapling. Unfortunately it never got blooms last year and it died off fairly early. I'm hoping it comes back but I don't think it will. Maybe it just doesn't like my soil?

Ready to burst!
Reviewed By: Athena (Dover, DE)
We've purchased our Star Magnolia Tree about 3 years ago from Gurneys. Very hardy little tree. The first season it took a beating when grass fertilizer came a little too close. But it recovered quite nicely. It doubled in size since last year. It gets new buds on it every December, which I thought was odd at first. They just sit there waiting all winter for a warm week in Spring to burst out.
