Enormous flowers--8-9 inches across--cover the vines June through frost. Vivid colors make the blossoms look tropical, but clematis is tough and hardy--nearly carefree once established. Hybrid Clematis Mrs. Norm Thompson requires a support (something thin, like wire or chain link, will work best) and climbs 8-12 feet. Does best when planted in sun with some afternoon shade.

great plant

I bought this plant last year, I thought maybe it would grow a little. well, it grew enough to cover my whole trellis. It was so colorful with many blooms everyone that we had over kept asking about it. All I ever did was water it. Very very easy plant full sun.
