Attracts butterflies like crazy! The Orange Butterfly Plant produces bright orange flowers in early summer followed by canoe-shaped seed pods later on. Both are excellent for cutting. Naturalizes well, grows 24-36 inches high. Full sun. Extremely drought tolerant.

Definately takes time

I thought my plants were dead as well. It seems as if they are just slow to start. They each have sprout that is about 7" tall.

Give it time! I thought mine was dead as well, I dug it up and saw that it was still in pretty good shape. I put it back in the ground and just yesterday see that it is FINALLY starting to sprout! Let me know howit does!

As near as I could tell these two little roots were dead when I recieved them but I went along with the game soaking them made them a nice little hole put in some nice soil but I don't belive they are going rise from the dead
