HELLO, Let me just tell you,in 1988,a small, wirey plant started to grow in our front yard after our old post oak trees died(we are talking about 70 year old trees). Now in 2007,every year we watch as butterflys, birds, and whatever else attacks the berries on the ground!!!! There must have been a thousend monarchs today!!!!! Yes,it,s a wonderfull tree and now it,s 35 feet tall and 16 feet in width. In our hot texas summers,it does the body good to sit beneath the mulbury tree. GOD BLESS, LUKE

Tough & Fast Growng
Reviewed By: Richard (Cranston, RI)
This is one tough and fast growing tree - once it gets going, it will grow 6' per year. Produces profuse amounts of soft & extremely sweet berries. The birds(and flies)love them! The berries can be quite messy in the month of July, so plant it in a remote area, where you don't mind the smell of Mulberry wine. The wood is flexible and fibrous - they simply do not break. And if you try to prune them or thin them out, be prepared for "growth revenge", as for every branch you cut, it will grow 10 new ones, each growing 6' per year!

Description of tree, fruit and foliage was good. Liked the graphics. I would have like further cultivar depictions and availability of plants .
