Superior Plum Tree
Superior Plum Tree
Often Bears the First Year

  (1 customer reviews)

Fast-growing clingstone bears red-blushed crimson fruits bursting with super-sweet yellow flesh. Ripens mid to late August. Hardy Japanese-American hybrid. We suggest Alderman or wild plums as a pollinator.

Plums- members of the big Prunus genus-share similar traits. In addition to bearing sweet, juicy fruit, all of these stone fruits have beautiful springtime blossoms and attractive leaves, making them valuable landscaping trees.

Zones 4-8.

Standard sizes not available in CA, OR, WA.

Fast fruit!
Reviewed By: Jeff Lambert (Toccoa, Georgia)
This tree was loaded with fruit the first season after planting. There were so many plums that I had to thin them out! Here in northeast Georgia it blooms early and sets fruit by the end of March.
