Deep purple flower spikes soar 6-8 in. above the attractive blue-gray foliage on this upright mounding perennial. Blooms appear in summer and last for weeks, attracting hummingbirds and butterflies to your garden. Very low maintenance—growing to 18 in. tall in full sun. Winner of the Perennial Plant of the Year award in 1997. Bareroot. Zones 4-8.
